• MINDoverWEIGHT and MINDoverCONFIDENCE are part of the MINDoverUK Company, which aims to bring programmes addressing issues that face many of us today. Our busy lifestyles often lead us to feel unfulfilled and over stretched, which can often lead to the development of unresourceful habits like, smoking, eating unhealthily and many anxiety based problems.

  • In an empathic, non-judgemental and supportive group environment, MINDoverWEIGHT and MINDoverCONFIDENCE aim to address some of the faulty thinking that accompanies unresourceful behaviours.

  • Similar programmes are being developed to tackle Smoking , Addiction and Living with a Teenager. If you have an interest in any of these areas and are keen to join a programme please Register Your Interest.

  • Programmes are being run in Enfield, Broxbourne and Chelmsford. Once there is a good level of interest a venue is booked and a programme organised within the next few weeks. We are hoping to run a Confidence programme and a Weight programme during April/May. So if you are interested please register and provide information about what and where you wish to attend a programme.

  • If you decide you would prefer to have one to one therapy then please feel free to contact Jo Clark or Marisa Jaggan. www.joclarkhypnotherapy.com
