  • You will receive a Client Workbook with take home assignments that will help keep you on track between sessions.
  • From session 4 you will receive a tailored CD or Mp3 recordings that you can listen to keep you motivated, focusing on your specific issues around weight, eating and your own personal outcomes.
  • You will receive worksheets to support your activities throughout the programme.
  • You will be offered additional support once the programme has finished.
  • Every attempt will be made to raise awareness of exercise programmes, Zumba classes, dance, walking, cycling and swimming facilities in the locality.
